Information you send us
Our contact form asks for your name, email address, phone number and message. We use this information to answer your enquiry and help with the services you ask about. Please avoid including payment details or sensitive personal information in the form.
We save your enquiry in the website’s database before sending an email notification to the salon. The saved record also includes the page you submitted it from, the submission time, an internal reference and notification-delivery information. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Hosting, email and security
Our website maintenance agency, Case Rush, helps operate this website and handle technical support. The agency and our service providers may process information as needed to provide these services.
Cloudflare hosts the website and its enquiry database. We also use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect forms from automated spam. Turnstile processes technical signals, including IP address and browser information, to distinguish visitors from bots. Cloudflare also uses these signals to improve its bot detection. Resend delivers enquiry notifications to the salon using our agency’s sending domain. Your email address is included so we can reply to you. Our form notifications do not use email-open or link-click tracking.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no website or transmission method can guarantee complete security.
Website statistics
We use Pirsch Analytics to understand which pages people visit and how they find the site. Pirsch does not use analytics cookies. It processes technical information, including IP address and browser information, to create a temporary identifier that changes daily and is specific to this website. Pirsch states that it does not store visitors’ IP addresses.
Reports include page visits, referring websites, campaign information, approximate location and device/browser details. We do not send contact-form contents to Pirsch. See Pirsch’s privacy information.
Maps, booking and external links
The website includes a Google map that loads automatically as you approach it on the page. Loading it connects your browser to Google before you click the map. Google may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details and may use cookies or other identifiers under Google’s Privacy Policy.
Book Online links take you to our booking service, Meevo. Information you enter there is handled through that service. Social-media and other external links also take you to separate websites. Please review their privacy information when you use them.
Our website statistics do not require analytics cookies, but that does not mean every third-party service on the site is cookie-free.
How long website enquiries are kept
We retain contact-form records in the website’s active database for six months. A daily cleanup removes records older than six months, including their contact details, messages and delivery information. Limited recovery copies may remain temporarily within our hosting provider’s backup recovery window before they expire. Job enquiries sent through the contact form, including from our Careers pages, are contact-form records and are handled and kept the same way.
This six-month schedule applies to the website database. It does not automatically delete email notifications already delivered to the salon, booking records or copies held by other service providers. Contact us if you have a question or request about those records.
