Sharon’s passion for beauty started in Puerto Rico, where she first fell in love with hair while stocking shelves at her uncle’s beauty supply store (in exchange for products, of course!). Fast forward to 2009, she opened Posh Beauty Lounge with one goal in mind—creating a space where every guest and team member feels 100% amazing after every visit and worked performed. When she’s not behind the chair, you might catch her dancing to Residente or finding new ways to elevate the salon experience!
Jess Parese
Stylist Level 2
With 16 years behind the chair, Jessica is a cut and color lover who brings experience, creativity, and genuine care to every appointment. She especially loves classic color, lived-in looks, and textured cuts—from shags to pixies and bixies.
Kind-hearted, fun-loving, and creative, Jessica believes the best part of doing hair is the relationships she builds along the way. Her goal is simple: create a space where guests can relax, be completely themselves, and leave feeling beautiful, confident, and uplifted.
When she’s not behind the chair, you’ll likely find Jessica enjoying the outdoors, spending time with family and friends, or listening to a little ’90s music. ✨
Kelbi Graham
Junior Stylist Level 1
Growing up in a salon watching her mom behind the chair, Kelbi knew early on that hairstyling was where she belonged. Now four years into her career, she loves helping guests feel confident and beautiful through customized color and healthy, gorgeous hair.
Kelbi specializes in blonding and dimensional color, with a soft spot for lived-in, beautiful blondes. As an Aveda stylist, Botanical Repair™ is one of her go-to favorites for keeping hair looking and feeling healthy.
Creative, upbeat, and outgoing, Kelbi believes the best appointment starts with listening. She takes the time to understand each guest’s goals and create a look that works for their hair and lifestyle.
Outside the salon, you’ll find her spending time with her daughter, dancing, loving on her Chihuahua Marli, watching rocket launches, or planning her bucket-list trip to go-kart through Tokyo.

Marcia Desouza
Front Desk Concierge
Marcia is the welcoming heart of our front desk and one of the familiar faces that keeps Posh running smoothly. A hairstylist since 1994, she brings more than 30 years of beauty industry experience to our team while continuing to care for select guests behind the chair.
Warm, creative, and compassionate, Marcia has always believed that beauty is about more than great hair—it’s about making people feel seen, confident, and cared for. She especially loves color, from beautiful lived-in looks to the occasional bold, creative transformation.
Outside Posh, Marcia is a published children’s book author, beach lover, and proud corgi mom to Abby. Whether she’s welcoming you at the front desk or taking care of you behind the chair, you can always expect genuine connection, a little humor, and a warm Posh welcome.
Paola Morales
Front Desk and Future Professional
Paola is an emerging stylist with a passion for color, highlights, and curly hair. Currently completing her education at Aveda Institute Orlando, she loves creating dimensional color and transformations that help guests feel confident and beautiful.
Creative, fun, and caring, Paola brings great energy to every appointment and wants each guest to feel heard, comfortable, and excited about their hair. When she’s not talking hair, you’ll probably find her at the beach, listening to Bad Bunny, or with a Diet Coke in hand. ✨
