Sharon’s passion for beauty started in Puerto Rico, where she first fell in love with hair while stocking shelves at her uncle’s beauty supply store (in exchange for products, of course!). Fast forward to 2009, she opened Posh Beauty Lounge with one goal in mind—creating a space where every guest and team member feels 100% amazing after every visit and worked performed. When she’s not behind the chair, you might catch her dancing to Residente or finding new ways to elevate the salon experience!

Originally from Pennsylvania, Debbie has been creating beautiful hair for over 20 years! Her favorite services include updos and haircuts. She loves bringing out her clients’ best features with makeup. Her daughters and family are her world, and when she’s not at Posh, she’s spending time with them. She also has a creative side and enjoys thrifting for unique finds in her free time. Book with Debbie for a fresh look and a fun, personalized experience!

With 7 years of experience in the industry, Alyssa is happy to say she started of as an assistant and grew into a level 2 stylist. Specializing in blonding services and long-haired guests, Alyssa is dedicated to delivering healthy and beautiful results. You can feel comfortable knowing she listens thoroughly and offers suggestions tailored to your lifestyle. When she’s not working, you can find her at the gym or cooking at home. She is a Florida girl through and through!

She graduated from Aveda in July 2024, her favorite services to preform are vivid colors, highlights and blonding. Her love for hair started when she braided her soccer teammates’ hair and saw how confident it made them feel. With an Aveda pro for a Mom and a tattoo artist for a Dad, creativity runs in her family! When she’s not at the salon, you’ll find her cozied up with her cat, MJ!

Hi, I’m Deva, a licensed cosmetologist and proud mom of two girls. I’ve loved doing hair since I was a kid and specialize in creative color and alternative styles that bring individuality to life. As a sensory-safe certified stylist, my priority is making every client feel comfortable, relaxed, and confident in my chair.

Jasmine is an Aveda Alumni and licensed Full Specialist Esthetician with over four years of experience in the beauty industry. Passionate about holistic skincare, she’s known for creating a relaxing, safe space for her facial and waxing clients. Outside the salon, Jasmine loves watching horror films, going to music festivals with her partner, and spending time with her loved ones. She’s also a proud trinket collector who finds joy in the little details that make life unique.
