We’re looking for a hair stylist who loves the craft as much as the guests in the chair. At Posh, every service begins with a real consultation, every guest is treated like family, and every stylist keeps learning—with Aveda education woven through everything we do.

## What You’ll Do

-   Create customized cuts, color, and styling for each guest, starting with a thorough consultation
-   Apply makeup for weddings and special events
-   Keep your station and tools clean, sanitized, and guest-ready
-   Manage appointments, guest records, and inventory in our salon software
-   Share home-care routines and recommend the Aveda products that suit each guest
-   Keep growing through ongoing education on new trends and techniques
-   Help shape a warm, collaborative team culture
-   Join the team at community and charity events

## What You’ll Bring

-   A valid Florida cosmetology license
-   Strong communication skills and a gift for building lasting guest relationships
-   Comfort recommending retail products
-   Makeup application skills across diverse skin types and tones
-   A commitment to hygiene, professionalism, and continued development
-   Barbering experience is a plus
